OBS and discord randomly wont recognize my XLR mic?? (testing in PC audio settings it still works??) (latest log after comp restart)

I dont know what happened but went to go live today and noticed neither OBS or discord will recognize input from my mic. discord error 3002 meaning it doesnt detect any audio but does my mic?

same with OBS, cant self monitor. switched disabled to enabled mic settings to my xlr. its connected to my stream deck + XLR base.

Odd thing is when I go into PC audio mic settings to test it works just fine. Along with advanced checking and drivers saying all up to date? IDK what happened... I've had issues like this before but usually restarting OBS or not allowing then allowing apps to use my mic works. Nothing is working. Comp restarted everything

 
fixed... IDK HOW. i went to privacy and everything was set to allow except somehow "additional" apps had gotten turned off.

NO IDEA HOW... but fixed for now i guess.
